When I first started looking for carpets, I was focused on a particular type of rug I had in mind. After speaking with Vicki, I realized that I actually had better options that I had not thought of. She asked me a lot of questions and spent time with me in the showroom, then did an in-home consultation. We purchased wall-to-wall carpet for our bedrooms from A.P.T. a few years ago and had a great experience. We recently decided to replace the area rug in our living room but no idea what we wanted.
